Why should you make a Winter Bucket List?
There are many reasons to make a fun winter bucket list. First, a winter bucket list will push you to explore your local area and see things you never though you could! This will also help you savor the season and not miss out on all of the current activities and events. Finally, a winter bucket list will push you out of your comfort zone and help you grow as an individual and truly live your life to its fullest!

Build an Igloo
Making a snow fort can be so much fun! However, the type of fort you make depends on the type of snow you have (quinzhee, igloo, etc.). Be sure to educate yourself before you make one (especially if you plan on backpacking and sleeping in it!) HERE is a great resource from REI to get you started in snow camping.
Go Stargazing Under a Cozy Blanket

Track the Weather for Snow
Tracking the weather for snow is one of my favorite things to do in the winter time! It always gives me something fun to look forward to!
PS: As a civil engineering and geology student, I am always having to track the weather throughout the year and have found that the National Weather Service site is, by far, the best and most accurate (in most areas in the States at least…). They even have an app that allows you to set specific weather alerts, warnings, etc. for certain locations.
