About

Sarah Olden

A little about myself:

Hey there!

I’m Sarah, the mind behind The Olden Chapters. I’m a civil engineer living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

I started my blogging journey as a college student. In the end, I earned four college degrees. Excessive, I know. But, during that time, I mastered the art of studying, pinching pennies, time management, and everything else related to being a successful college student.

I began sharing this knowledge here on my blog in the hopes of helping other students conquer their life in college.

Once I finished graduate school, I began working as a civil engineer and never looked back. I absolutely love my job.

But I also love organization, studying, time management, saving money, productivity hacks, and chasing big goals. I know… I’m a nerd!

As I progress through my career and achieve my goals, I hope to share my tips and secrets with you.

Why? Because I genuinely want you to live your dream life!

Along for the ride are my husband, Jaegger, and our two cats Duchess and Crookshanks. We (yes, even the cats) are excited you are here, thanks so much for stopping by!

A little about my husband:

Jaegger is an extraordinary guy! He recently graduated with is Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and is now working as a physical therapist. He has a strong passion for health and fitness and when he isn’t playing with our crazy cats, is often found weight lifting, hiking, rock climbing, swimming, reading, or traveling.

When it comes to exercise, this guy knows his stuff! I mean… he does have a doctoral degree in it, right? He will be adding little bits of insight as well as helping my blogging efforts from behind the scenes.

We are both so grateful that you have stopped by our little corner of the internet and hope you stick around to follow our adventures through life!

This is one of the best things to do in Denver, Colorado. Great for kids and individuals looking for a free and exciting quick adventure just outside the city! Pin now and add to your list of destinations when you travel to Denver next!
